Spring 2016 Schedule

Welcome !!!

For spring 2016 we will meet every Sunday 3pm-5pm in the back section of Nelson Gym (behind the giant curtain next to the last tennis court). You do not have to stay for entire duration of the open practice – feel free to drop in for an hour or whatever you’d like! For those arriving at 3pm, we will warm-up and stretch together.

Instructors will always be available for help. We highly encourage beginners to come!

There will NOT be practice on Sunday, March 6th as we will be driving to Burlington to attend an open gym at a full facility (trampoline, foam pit, spring floors, etc!!!). To sign up to attend this trip, email middacro@middlebury.edu.


Check out our jterm workshop called “Handstands, Backflips, and Tumbling” – register now at go/boxoffice for only $22!

The class will be aimed at beginners and structured as a progression starting with basics like handstands and cartwheels – but moving into tumbling moves like round-offs and back handsprings!

Each of the 8 sessions will include a group warm-up/stretch, some instruction time where we walk you through how to do new moves, conditioning, and then open practice time!
